Studio efficiency condo in the Daytona Beach Club beachfront building with 3rd floor balcony view of the Ocean & A1A.  Gorgeous pool area. Full/double sized murphy bed plus a full/double sized foldout sofa.

POOL IS CLOSED! (most likely all of 2023 due to hurricane damage). Most of Daytona Beach suffered similar damage, but many listings aren't disclosing this to you, we feel that being honest with the condition is the best approach, please do your due diligence on the buildings before booking. Our beach access stairs are also closed, but public beach access and restrooms are at our south parking lot directly next to the building.

ENTERTAINMENT:  42" TV mounted to wall. Private Wifi login (not shared)  Board games are available

This is an efficiency apartment on the 3rd floor with an attached balcony with a view of the ocean. Remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity & granite top. Tile floors

KITCHENETTE: There is a 2 burner cooktop, pots and pans, microwave, teapot, drip coffee maker and all of the utensils for cooking. There is also a full array of plates, silverware, cups and wineglasses.

The building was built in 1970, so it has a retro-charm, but if you're expecting brand-new construction, we're not it :) I don't want to call it old because my birthday might be really close to the building's :)

The building has a parking garage on the 1st and 2nd floor and there is an elevator and stairs at each end of the building. Laundry room is on the 1st floor on your way out to the pool area. All common areas are accessed by a master key which will be in your room when you check-in. Daytime public beach parking next door.  Onsite laundry, elevators, and covered garage parking. 1 parking pass. No trailers.
