- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- - Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- - Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- - Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- - No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21
- - A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.
Please note, we use electronic locks for your safety. There is no key to the back door. Any access will be through the front door.
CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash. Simple!
