POOL IS CLOSED! (most likely all of 2023 due to hurricane damage). Most of Daytona Beach suffered similar damage, but many listings aren't disclosing this to you, we feel that being honest with the condition is the best approach, please do your due diligence on the buildings before booking elsewhere. Our beach access stairs are also closed, but public beach access and restrooms are at our south parking lot directly next to the building.

This is an efficiency apartment on the 4th floor with an attached balcony with a view of the ocean. Freshly remodeled bathroom with new walk-in shower, detachable shower wand, and new vanity & top. New wood look tile floors and a fresh coat of paint will make you feel right at home.

ENTERTAINMENT: Beach toys & board games are available & 42" smart tv can access your streaming services. Private Wifi login (not shared)

KITCHENETTE:  Remodeled with new cabinets and quartz counters. There is a large fridge with separate freezer, 2 burner cooktop, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, teapot, drip coffee maker and all of the utensils for cooking.  There is also a full array of plates, silverware, cups and wineglasses.

The building was built in 1970, so it has a retro-charm, but if you're expecting brand-new construction, we're not it :) I don't want to call it old because my birthday might be really close to the building's :)

PARKING:  The building has a parking garage on the 1st and 2nd floor and there is an elevator and stairs at each end of the building. Laundry room is on the 1st floor on your way out to the pool area. All common areas are accessed by a master key which will be in your room when you check-in. Daytime public beach parking next door.  Onsite laundry, elevators, and covered garage parking. 1 parking pass. No trailers.

8 blocks off Main Street right in the heart of all the action. Located between Hard Rock Hotel and the Pier.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21

- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.

CHECKING OUT:  All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash.  Simple!
