POOL IS CLOSED! (most likely all of 2023 due to hurricane damage)! But part of the pool deck is opened for sunbathing. . Most of Daytona Beach suffered similar damage, but many listings aren't disclosing this to you, we feel that being honest with the condition is the best approach, please do your due diligence on the buildings before booking elsewhere. Our beach access stairs were destroyed in the hurricane, so current access is via the public ramp a block away. During the day M-F there is construction on the lower floor balconies and there may be some construction noise, but not evenings or weekends.

KITCHENETTE: new cabinets for easy access to all your kitchen needs, quartz counters, and undercabinet lighting. Roomy sink and a portable plugin stovetop with a fridge with separate freezer and a microwave and toaster so you can really enjoy your stay. And yes, a drip coffee maker! All the pots, pans, utensils, and dishes to enjoy a meal in, even wine glasses!
ENTERTAINMENT: new smart fire TV, wifi, board games, and accessories for the beach. The building also has a community room with TV, fridge, and puzzles.
Head downstairs to the pool and beach, or keep the retro feeling going with a visit the 50's diner. Have your coffee out on the balcony and watch the sunrise (if you're up that early). Hit on a rainy day? There's games in the dresser too!

We don't live on-site but are very accessible by message or text.
Daytona Beach Shores is your relaxing getaway from whatever you seek to escape... our condo is just 2.1 miles from all the Main Street and Pier action, 5.8 miles from Daytona International Speedway, but quiet enough for a relaxing getaway after you uber home from the action zone. Diner with breakfast and lunch is on-site, and mini-golf is right across the street if you have a competitive streak in you.
Easy to take an Uber or maybe rent a golf cart for the day!
House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21
- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.
