POOL IS CLOSED! (most likely all of 2023 due to hurricane damage)! But part of the pool deck is opened for sunbathing. . Most of Daytona Beach suffered similar damage, but many listings aren't disclosing this to you, we feel that being honest with the condition is the best approach, please do your due diligence on the buildings before booking elsewhere. Our beach access stairs were destroyed in the hurricane, so current access is via the public ramp a block away. This unit currently has construction on the balconies, so there may be some noise M-F during the day.

Prepare a charcuterie board in the kitchenette and enjoy a fun getaway with a comfy king-sized captain's bed and a fold-out futon sofa. The building has a great ocean-front pool and an on-site diner open for breakfast and lunch.

Whether it's reading a book on the balcony, spending the morning looking for seashells, or enjoying an adult beverage over a game of cards, this wine-themed oasis will be the getaway you've been dreaming of! Oh, I almost forgot about the front row seat to the amazing sunrise!

ENTERTAINMENT: new smart fire TV, wifi, board games, and accessories for the beach. The building also has a community room with TV, fridge, and puzzles.

KITCHENETTE: small area with full sized fridge with separate freezer, toaster, portable cooktop burner, pots, pans, utensils, and microwave for meals. Dishes, silverware and even enough wine glasses to hold a proper tasting!

Guests can have up to 2 vehicles. No trailer or oversized parking available. May be limited to 1 vehicle on event weekends, check with host.
You'll have full private use of your condo. There is a small gym and laundry on site.

We don't live on-site but are very accessible by message or text.

Daytona Beach Shores is your relaxing getaway from whatever you seek to escape... our condo is just 2.1 miles from all the Main Street and Pier action, 5.8 miles from Daytona International Speedway, but quiet enough for a relaxing getaway after you uber home from the action zone. Diner with breakfast and lunch is on-site, and mini-golf is right across the street if you have a competitive streak in you.

Easy to take an Uber or maybe rent a golf cart for the day!

This building is south of the "action zone" so is a little more laid back, but you can always uber to the party and come home to some peace and quiet :)
Check-in has to be before 9pm on M-F or 5pm Sat/ Sun. After that the building is locked up unless you already have your key from inside the unit. After hours check-in can be arranged with advanced notice.

Building owners are allowed pets. Guests are not. This unit sometimes has service animals in it. Do not rent if you have allergies.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21

- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.
