Property Details

POOL IS CLOSED! (will be all of 2023 due to hurricane damage). Most of Daytona Beach suffered similar damage, but many listings aren't disclosing this to you, we feel that being honest with the condition is the best approach, please do your due diligence on the buildings before booking elsewhere. Our beach access stairs are also closed, but beach access is directly on the south side of our building.

Whether you want to explore the Daytona party scene, or just snuggle up on the couch with a good book as you watch the waves come in, you've found your vacay!

This is a single-room studio condo. The shower was just remodeled as well. There is plenty of drawer space and a big closet too. New king mattress, leather sleeper sofa, and a fun, tiki theme to give you a real, tropical beach getaway. Private balcony (most are shared in this building). 

ENTERTAINMENT: Board games and cards in the dresser drawer in case you hit a day filled with liquid sunshine, just don't let Polly see your cards, she's a talker! :) 43" smart tv. This condo has private Wi Fi (not shared)

KITCHENETTE: The kitchen was just remodeled with new cabinets, all new kitchen supplies, quartz countertops, and a fridge with separate freezer for your ice cream! There is a plug in cooktop, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, teapot, drip coffee maker and all of the utensils for cooking. There is also a full array of plates, silverware, cups and wineglasses.

The building was built in 1970, so it has a retro-charm, but if you're expecting brand-new construction, we're not it :) I don't want to call it old because my birthday might be really close to the building's :)

PARKING is easy with 4 different parking areas accessible from either the south or west side of the building. You're 2 doors south of the Hard Rock Hotel, and 8 blocks north of the Main Street/ Pier party zone. 1 parking pass per condo. NO trailers or RV parking available onsite. There is paid trailer parking down the street.

We don't live on site, but are readily available by text.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21

- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.

CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash. Simple!
